Harris Connections is a think tank organized by Dr. GE (Gabriel) Washington and Dr. Sarah Chepkirui Creider to develop interdisciplinary workshops based on facilitated conversation and skill-building exercises.

 

Harris Connections is guided by the belief that each conversation has the potential to be the center of an ever-widening circle of change. The institutions and communities we live within are constructed one conversation at a time. We change our conversations in order to change the climate of our organizations.
